Meet Charles Clawson, DMD

Dr. Charles (Chaz) Clawson practices conservative dentistry and is committed to patient satisfaction. Dr. Clawson is obsessed with patient comfort and loves when patients tell him, “That shot didn’t even hurt!” He wants patients to feel comfortable and confident when they are in his care. Teaching patients about their oral health and helping them make educated decisions is one of the ways Dr. Clawson helps empower his patients. As a dentist in Summerlin and Las Vegas, Dr. Clawson loves oral surgery, including tooth extractions and dental implants, and is known for having a gentle touch.

Dr. Clawson grew up here in Las Vegas and received his degree from the UNLV School of Dental Medicine. He learned Spanish while living in Buenos Aires, Argentina for two years and, during undergrad, Dr. Clawson did an externship in Mexico City to learn dental vocabulary and phrases in Spanish. Dr. Clawson’s wife, Kristina, is a marriage and family therapist and together they have two kids, Raquel and Leo. Some of their family’s hobbies include swimming, going to the beach, pickleball, and golfing.
